I've tried shabu-shabu before but I believe that this is the first time I've encountered plenty of tasteful ingredients in a single pot. Since most of the restaurants that offers hot pot would let you pay for each ingredient,thus, you'll end up having less toppings and a bland dish 'coz you're too worried having a humongous bill. 
Yet, the story is different at Grand Hoyah, their hotpot has it all. From tender beef to fresh shrimp and from a handful of flavorful surimi choices to plenty of fresh veggies.

According to their waiters all of the ingredients were picked carefully for the satisfaction of their customers. This is also the underlying reason why their shabu-shabu stands out among others.
A nice tip for first timers for a hotpot dish would be putting the meat into the boiling soup first since it would take longer time to cook and putting the veggies in a latter period. 
Perhaps, if you're not into a hot dish then consider their sizzling Sisig. With just adequate taste of mayonnaise, this sisig shall not make you feel sated.
